I entered the culinary Institute of America in 1972 and graduated in 1973. Worked in the food service industry as an executive chef, a food and beverage manager And a restaurant owner. And 2000 I had an opportunity to own my own company providing services to the government as a government contractor. I sold my business in 2016. In 2016 I moved to Las Vegas, and here I am .
