Completed the “merger” of Maxim Integrated with Analog Devices to form a ~$95B+ enterprise value combined organization. Provided day-to-day project management and retained for post-merger integration initiatives.

Responsible for sourcing deals, assessing the business case, including the TAM and SAM analysis, scenario-driven valuation analysis, and business roadmap fit for all M&A targets domestic and cross-border.

Lead-left on IPO bake-off, managing day to day of dual track process pre-emptive M&A to IPO. Advisor to Postini, acquired by GOOG for $625M. Company is a SaaS provider of electronic security, compliance, and archiving software solutions.

Sole manager to Coherent’s (COHR) modified “Dutch Auction” tender offer to repurchase ~24.2% of its float. Repurchased ~8M shares to distribute shareholder base and provide an exit for activist shareholder.

Advised SPSS, sole managed $150M 144A 2.50% Convertible Debt. Proceeds were used to fund a simultaneous $50M share repurchase and raised funds for future M&A war chest.
