Developed and implemented system-wide application for 450 water treatment operators ensuring adherence to safety protocols in the chemical receiving process.

Assisted in the creation of AQS compliance dashboards for 2,200 environmental compliance permits and 40 process safety management facilities which provided organizational visibility to key stakeholders and executive management in areas of non-compliance.

Created acquisitions and merger compliance plan for American Water’s 11 system acquisitions in 2023 including development of an integration checklist to ensure compliance and identified areas of risk.
