CAD Project

An Osseointegration Device - Tooth Implant - SJSU, CA Oct 2023- Dec 2023

• Collaborated in a team to create a napkin design for a tooth implant that met user requirements and aligned with its current specifications.

• Utilized SolidWorks to develop individual components and integrate them to form the final product.

• Implemented fixtures and applied loads to the model, conducting stress analysis using Von Mises stress criterion and displacement analysis to assess design integrity. Senior Project - Dr. Abdulmelik Mohammed - SJSU, CA Aug 2022 - May 2023 Topic: Automated Design of Topologically Complex DNA Nanostructures

• Performed research and constructed an arbitrary 3D shape that is more topologically complex.

• The helix-per-edge wireframe approach is applied to design more complex DNA nanostructures and prevent issues such as knotted scaffold routing in non-spherical mesh structures.

• Developed the implemented software pipeline from Python that allows the synthesis of arbitrary toroidal shapes to expand the application of DNA origami technology.

• Constructed scaffold routing with an unknotted pattern for the toroidal (donut-like with one or more “handles” shapes in the DNA Forge (https://ritkuli.github.io/dnaforge) Leadless Pacing System Requirements Specification - SJSU, CA Jan 2023 - May 2023

• Collaborated with the team thorough research on the Aveir leadless pacemaker system, demonstrating in Design Verification and Design Validation. Proficiently carried out preliminary testing, design verification, and design validation processes for the leadless pacemaker.

• Experimented and contributed with writing a document on biomedical product requirement specification in accordance with FDA regulations, standards, and the Code of Federal Regulations (CFR).

• Evaluated and analyzed information obtained from FDA websites to write a comprehensive and detailed document on the topic of the leadless pacemaker. The SeQure® Microcatheter-Regulatory - SJSU, CA Jan 2022 - May 2022
