My first and current job although our business was bought by Team Health in 2015. During the buy out, I moved to the Denver area to be near my elderly father but I continue to return to my home to work 8 shifts a month in Columbia, MO. This was and is my medical home. Our group created a separate sports medicine group called Action Care of which was my baby and we also opened a successful Occupational Medicine group as part of our business model. Our ER was a busy stroke and stemi center with a large orthopedic group that we did considerable sports/traumatic injuries in an acute setting and then in Action Care- we had the pleasure to work with multiple sports teams at high school and college level working in training rooms and will extensive presence at local sporting events .
