• Responsible for ITSM process readiness.

• Responsible for application and implementation of Business process demonstrations and training for end -users and stakeholders.

• Interview, conduct research and analysis of documents to collect information on business processes, identify areas of improvements and gather requirements, development sessions and requirement workshops with key business users and SMEs.

• Generate requirements based on stakeholders’ needs and requests.

• Responsible for addressing other ITSM business analyst/process needs with stakeholders.

• Requirement management plan (RMP) development on confluence for documentation of functional and non-functional requirements for software applications.
