Monday's and Thursday's are my early scheduled days I have to be at work for 6:30 am to unload the food truck and store the food in it's designated place First in First out, it usually takes me about exactly 8 hours my entire shift to do that along with cleaning and throwing out old food that's out dated. My regular days are more busy i have to come in at my scheduled time prepare myself for the task at hand. Wash hands get in disposable clothing, apron, gloves and hat or hair net, prep the station im located at for the day or shift and maintain that station through-out the day. When shift is close to ending i must prepare for the ending of shift and beginning of next shift that includes taking out trash, re-stocking station, sweeping and moping around my area and check with shift manager before i leave to make sure that everything is ok.

While at work i will perform duties such as sweep, mop, cook, refill coke machine with ice and soda.
