Calibrate MPX apparatus such as camera alignment, camera focus, and radiometric calibration according to job assignment and Waveform version.

Performed characterization test using Brooks’ internal software, oscilloscopes, and power supplies.

Performed repeatability test on robots with KLA Tencor System, and Smart controller.

Orthogonally test chamber for accurate measurements on five axis robots end-effector using Cimcore, Tektronix, lasers, and Brooks’ internal software.
