After graduating with a BSc degree in Electronics, Computer and Systems Engineering from Loughborough University of Technology, in the UK, I was employed as a web developer. Moving to Canada in 2007, where I am now a citizen, I adopted a role focussed on requirements gathering. I have worked as a Business Analyst for 7 years, on both Waterfall projects and within an Agile framework. The technical products in my portfolio include a recruitment site, Cloud-based SAAS for paramedics, an ERP and APIs for a manufacturer of medical equipment, and an Oracle ERP for an insurance company, in the private and public sectors. I am experienced in working with different departments as well as dealing directly with customers, vendors, and business partners, managing these relationships. Along with writing technical documents and use cases, my responsibilities have included facilitating workshops, hosting meetings, and giving presentations. I have lent my skills to providing SQL statements for the IT team, testing, UX/UI design, and writing training material. WORK EXPERIENCE
