EY is one of the Big 4 professional services firms with a purpose to build a better working world. The insights and services EY provide help to create long-term value for clients, people, and society, and to build trust in the capital markets. I was part of PCS (Private Client Services) Technology team supporting major transformation projects. I was involved in AWB (Analyses Workbook) migration for IRS forms 1065, 1120, 926,8858 and FBAR & 8938 and EYI workspace automation using Blue Prism (RPA). All these tools are used by both internal tax teams and external clients for filing tax returns. I was also a part of Global Vat Return GVRT (E- Filing) team which is a cloud -based (SaaS) tool, scalable platform for comprehensive tax data preparation, reporting and transaction processing using EY- Fabric. Cloud based e-Commerce tool uses Cloud based technology to manage and scale data storage, hosting digital commerce applications such as virtual payments, inventory management and product information management. GVRT currently supports in total of 80 countries out of which I was part of the team that implemented the GVRT tool for 20 countries.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Business Analyst/ Project Coordinator

MindTech Labs supported many clients on their E- Commerce based projects and one of their products was E-Healthcare. E-HealthCare appointment scheduling system uses both text and web-based scheduler to schedule the appointments. Patients pre-visit workflow was automated. The user could modify their appointment schedules online. The tool would send remainders about the patient’s appointments. The tool also incorporated paperless check-ins and screen-questions which was secure and complaint with Medicare along with automated payments.
