COVER LETTER OF EXPERIENCE - March 18, 2024

I have spent a great deal of my career in Corporate America and have had a very rewarding career. I am now looking for a part-time or full-time position as a Customer Service Representative; similar to what I have completed within my attached resume. I have a very diverse resume; working in several different industries with knowledge acquired through my training sessions. I have extensive customer service experience; this skill was always a major part of my commitment while working with my customers and clients. Supporting my customers, as well as, providing outstanding customer service to our clientele, co-workers and management. I am also a Licensed Insurance Agent as well as a Customer Service Specialist; both positions completed within call center environments. I have also worked remotely from my home when the COVID-19 arrived in the USA for three years. I have attached a resume dating back to 2000 up to present date in order to reflect the positions I have held throughout my career, since moving to Texas.

Previously, I held the positions of Executive Assistant and/or Legal Assistant as outlined on my attached resume. Working and assisting company executives along with world-class customer service made me a valuable employee to both my company and our customers. I have always enjoyed my work as an assistant to high-level executives, but when I was laid off in 2014, I decided to try something new. I have had a very successful career in Sales and Customer Service and would like to continue within this environment.

I have also sold yellow pages advertising for SWBT; completed home loans a Loan Officer at Centex Home Equity; I worked a floater legal assistant with a law firm where my work duties and ethics changed every week when I was scheduled for a different law department every other week. I have provided excellent customer service throughout my entire career. I enjoy positions where I can utilize the skills I have to bring with me. I have an authentic personality and have the ability to effectively interface with personnel at all levels within any given company.n I am personable and professional in both my communication and appearance.

I have always been a people-person and working with others is very easy for me with any and all personnel, including coworkers. All experience outlined on my resume has provided me the ability to handle daily challenges and implement new and improved standardized practices for each company.

I would consider my verbal, written, and organizational skills to be excellent. I have the know-how to use time management effectively. I have always obtained perfect attendance at previous employments and make it a habit to arrive at least ten to fifteen minutes before start time on the job.

My skills include strong knowledge of computer and all Microsoft Programs; I am flexible; I am patient, motivated and great with both internal and external company personnel.
