September, 2018 to March 2023.

I managed the finance team, purchasing, revenue cycle and facilities maintenance

I restructured the finance team to include more experienced staff so that I could ensure accurate and timely financial reporting, budgets and projections.

I worked closely with the CEO on the sale of CCNW’s two buildings that were owned by the physicians. This included significant due diligence work.

In addition, I performed a Quality of Earnings analysis with an outside accounting firm in preparation of the physician’s desire to potentially sell the practice to a large health system.

In 2021, I prepared a return on investment analysis to purchase a PET machine. Since that time the machine has allowed for more throughput and has earned the group $2 million in cash.

During COVID I was responsible to obtain a PPP loan and was instrumental in the implementation of several federal laws surrounding employment and FMLA guidelines.

I was involved in several strategic planning sessions and responsible to implement initiatives such as profit center accounting and the analysis of a new billing and EMR system.

A new CEO started for CCNW in September, and I believe that he felt it was in his best interest to bring on his own financial leader.
