PROFESSIONAL SUMMARY – While his education is in the engineering of electrical generation projects – thermal and nuclear – his experience extends beyond that. Bohdan has significant expertise in the renovation and renewal of residential accommodations. He has experience in demolition of older spaces, working with architectural drawings, and the redevelopment of new spaces in accordance with the client’s designs.

EXPERIENCE -

2023 – 2024 Warehouse

Since the Russian/Ukraine war began, Bohdan’s regular work in construction has been disrupted. He selected a career that allowed him to stay closer to his home community and moved into logistics occupations. His warehousing experience has included:

• Loading and unloading goods

• Transporting freight

• Performing load and equipment safety checks

• Reviewing and enforcing health and safety procedures. 2007 – 2022 Various Construction/Renovation projects Situated across central Europe including Ukraine, Poland, Czech Republic, France and others, worked with developers on a wide range of projects that ranged from multi-year undertakings to week-long projects. This experience allowed him to develop skills in:

• Building and renovating residential dwellings

• Framing, drywalling and plastering

• Tiling floors, bathrooms, and back splashes

• Painting and wallpapering

• Installing floors, windows and doors

• Building and installing shutters, columns, beams, and other similar structures

• Operating equipment such as excavators and

• Utilizing hand tools
