Hello! My name is Amanda Troutman.

I have an extensive history in the Hospitality Industry and am the Lead Bartender-Mixologist at a fine dining Steakhouse in French Lick Indiana... I'm curious about the Promotional Specialist gig, and if you are interested in having someone that is into quite a bit of networking, has hosted events, and has a strong desire to continue this journey in my career, I would love to be considered to represent the Brands in your network. Once I've educated myself on the ins and outs of the process, history, and what your needs are for the specific Brand.

I love all Spirits and have a passion for the Craft to say the least. I could possibly be of assistance in creating Signature Cocktails for a Venue as well, to help a "selling point" if necessary. I have created 4 entire Signature Cocktial menus for 3 different venues, 2 of which are with my current position. Alongside an array of Holiday, and Seasonal Menus, and then those I created-submitted for Cocktail Competitions.

I'm currently seeking a 'role' as a Brand Ambassador, or Marketing at Events (private, in house hosted, Competitions, Bar & Restaurant Expos) type of thing. If I can get that under way, I believe the next phase of my small business, Mixing of Spirits could happen much sooner than later.
