Executive Assistant to the Director of Health Systems who was responsible for several multimillion-dollar Department of Defense (DOD) programs supporting the Defense Health Agency (DHA).

Administrative Assistant to the building Facility Infrastructure Lead and the Division Operations Manager.

Maintain a SharePoint location on Intelink for a depository of 187 developed artifacts, work processes, inspections, etc.

Enter data into several DoD SharePoint sites such as MTAP/CMPro.

Monitor the Facility Help Desk functional mailbox for reporting of daily facility issues by building occupants.

Track the reconfiguration of offices/cubicles, vacancies and inspect for issues and cleanliness, providing report to the Facility Infrastructure Lead.

Monitor and maintain the Internal Master Building List of personnel in the building as arrivals, moves and departures occur.

Maintain occupant E-mail Database for mass mail-out of information needed to keep occupants aware.

Provide support to tenants when they have issues and concerns.

Complete Command data-calls as required.

Provide written/verbal communications to facility residents.

Assist with entering and submission of ITSM tickets for occupants that are moving or arriving onboard when required.

Track and update movement spreadsheets of personnel within the Integrated Products Teams. (IPT’s).

Create forms or convert documents in Adobe Acrobat Professional for signature and distribution.

Assist personnel with new and renewal of badge requests and Common Access Card.

Assist personnel with conference room requests and preparations for VIP visitors.

Responsible for confidential file management, mail handling, supply ordering, and record maintenance.

Manage a broad range of project level tasks for the Internal Operations Manager and eleven program managers supporting Health Systems.

Serve as a KBS SharePoint Administrator and Human Resources (HR) Coordinator.

Provide support to the organization ensuring that all HR forms are completed and submitted correctly.

Monitor HR activities for processing accuracy and approval.

Develop and maintain the In-house New Employee Orientation Process and documentation for all new hires.

Provide support if requested during meetings. Create signage/notifications for the building.
