● Developed the textbook reservation auditing and management application.

● Spring Boot batch job development – recently completed a monitoring job that increased our support time by more than 60%.

● Enhanced & Modernized the 2 primary Corporate travel apps for 32,000 employees expediting travel arrangements for domestic and international travel.

● Identified and resolved issues with the International Travel Checklist logs being out-dated and corrected the issue to bring our logs up to date, and import missing transactions.

● Improved the CI/CD pipelines across multiple code-bases to take on automated deployment processes with the ServiceNow system to decrease time-to-deliver windows drastically.

● Trained 3rd party team members on various responsibilities and processes for the further maintenance and support of a wide suite of applications.
