A very fast paced environment from ensuring applicants arrived in office with the proper ID, social security card, and quickly assess adherence to the proper dress code guidelines.

Ordered lunches and hotel rooms according to the number of applicants expected to take physicals each day.

Single point of contact for all Georgia Air Force, AF National Guard and AF Reserve recruiters because they could no longer freely frequent the office per covid 19 guidelines.

Once applicants met full qualification I and office recruiters created and explained the enlistment contract for new recruits to obtain their electronic signature on all documents, then we added our electronic fingerprint to complete contract. After the swear in, we insured active-duty recruits boarded the bus for basic training. If the applicant was national guard or reserve, the recruiter or parent was contacted for pickup.
