First point of contact in Safety for over 1000 drivers. Assist all drivers with any safety and compliance concerns. Manage all Rider Policies for drivers, including but not limited to, performing criminal background checks on all potential passengers, ensuring insurance payments are withheld through weekly payroll payments, and reviewing all Rider Policy contracts for proper completion. Check status of each driver to ensure compliance is maintained under DOT regulations. Set drivers up with their individual Safety Managers as needed for Safety/Compliance reviews. Compile, analyze and reconcile driver termination reports daily/weekly. Contact drivers who willfully terminate their employment in order to understand their reason for leaving SRT, and do what I can to retain them. Responsible for reporting driver’s dates of employment, DOT accident information, and DOT Drug and Alcohol testing results to DAC daily. Also report all pre-employment screening results to DAC daily. Effectively communicate with all departments on drivers’ behalf to ensure compliancy is met. Answer multiple-line phones.
