A provider with over 28 years in the medical field. I have an extensive nursing history. I started at University of Mississippi Medical Center as a staff nurse on a Medical Surgical/Trauma/Postpartum floor in July 1995. I became a charge nurse and preceptor nurse within a year. After two years of Floor Nursing, I transferred to the Intensive Care Unit. I started my nursing administration career in 1999 as a Nurse Manager at a Long term Care Facility. I managed a 102 bed Medicare/Medicaid Long Term Care Facility.
