Through collective thinking and exchange of ideas with others, we are able to maintain the required Brix and flow by reducing the volume of the columns and increase the discharge valves DN. The performance of the GAC station was remarkable and stable since the last seven years

● Solve dust accumulation in dryer and packing area through by using new types of dust bags with higher surface area. In addition, implement new pneumatic system for dust conveying, and work with technical team to improve and correct the piping size and fans capacity

● Implement online camera in the vacuum pans station (seed pan) for accurate seed preparation to help get desired GSC/MA crystals from R1, R2, R3, and R4 pans. Another project in recovery house is currently under preparation to reduce losses in Molasses to lower than 0.7%
