Provide supervisory direction and leadership, managing the performance of productivity, safety, quality, and schedule adherence.

Liaison between field engineering, craft personnel, and project leadership to ensure compliance of construction drawings and specifications

Initiate and attend supplementary and regular meetings within concrete discipline
