I am currently an Air Force Instructor- Trainer for AFCEC EMS Programs. I developed the Air Force Emergency Medical Responder Beta Program for the AFCEC test bed. Currently the department has a 100% pass-rate with the NREMT. Currently managing the completion of the department’s Beta course for Emergency Medical Technician. I performed as the Incident Commander for a structure fire in the post housing area. Having a kitchen fire due to unmaintained cooking. Fire was isolated to the kitchen and put out with a quick attack through the garage. No injuries to occupants, responders, or firefighters. for three separate Instillation exercises. Involving the Fast Burst Nuclear Reactor & Gamma Range in conjunction with the Installation’s Medical authority and response assets. The Incident Commander

(Unified) of numerous agencies and assets. Resulting in excellent assessments from evaluators. I performed as the Incident Commander of an Installation Exercise conducted by Installation Management Command (IMCOM). This exercise was a large-scale exercise involving an evolving and dynamic wildland fire that was impinging on the installation, which was over a 12-hr. operational period. Training Officer, EMS Coordination (GS-10/11 Equivalent): Throughout my career within the fire department, I have familiarized myself with many components of the training requirements of DoD/Army/Air Force firefighters. I have a comprehensive understanding of DoDI 6055.06M to include tables Q-1 and Q-2, as well as AR 420-1. I have assisted in the development of the department’s annual training program to ensure compliance with all Fire, EMS, CBRNE, DoD, ARMY, and Garrison requirements. On numerous occasions, under the direction of the training chief, developed and disseminated the department’s monthly training schedule. I have facilitated a department-wide audit of all training conducted to ensure compliance with the respective governing body.
