Assistant Project Manager-

● Responsible for the management of large, complex and enterprise sized projects for current and/or future installations of Fire Alarm, Fire Sprinkler, Security, CCTV, Banking, Nurse Call, Card Access and/or other specialty systems as assigned

● Oversee project progression from inception to completion including design, permits, material delivery, labor planning, field installation, etc

● Attend job progress meetings as required

● Manage project documentation including RFIs, letters of transmittals, permits, change orders, final closeout requirements, etc

● Effectively communicate project progress and financial status of projects

● Analysis and preparation of complex billings, including detailed schedule values, within project scope to maintain a positive cash flow

● Recognize and develop Change Orders

● in-house estimating and proposals as needed

● Proactive in recognizing and managing risks and develop creative solutions

● Ensure the safety protocols are being implemented and are in compliance with both company and project requirements

● Ability to interpret complex construction documents and contracts, including project scope

● Review and update job status and cost to completion weekly

● Participate in onsite and remote meetings with contracts administration, field supervision and engineering departments to review all on-going projects

● Forecast project manpower demands including resource loading and Gnatt chart scheduling from the installation to the final testing, certification and closeout

● Understand and follow all adopted codes and standards to ensure work is performed in compliance with all state, local and Federal legal requirements

Project Manager-

● Manage any new or renovation commercial projects in Doral, Hialeah, Hollywood, Cutler Bay, City of Aventura, City of Sweetwater, Miami Dade... etc..

● Coordinate and manage PO and invoices for permit partners track budget.

● Assist in onboarding of new partners, create and send out to client proposals.

● Maintain regular interaction with the design team and support team, lead zoom meetings.

● Coordinate design delivery and plan set shipment with SPWR teams' software.

● Track projects with Excel and set reminders to follow up on projects on Outlook.

● Develops and maintains relationships with City/State agencies, project teams.

● Responsibilities include preparing the permit application and submitting them to the required city or county that the install address pertains to.

● Track projects on computer software until the project is completed and train coworkers to use software, create presentations with PowerPoint or Excel and lead team meetings.

● Schedule inspection appointment on computer software.

● Coordinate new projects using the database computer software.

● Coordinate and manage PO and invoices for permit partners.

● Assist in onboarding of new partners and create a profile in a computer database.

● Maintain regular interaction with design team and GBFS support team
