* Follow set policies and procedures for issuing and closing safety deposit boxes used by registered guests and tenants.

* Ably assist guest in the hotel's Business Center, Guest Services and Gift Shop by answering guest inquiries, operating business equipment and assisting shoppers.

* Promptly attend to guest inquiries and transfer booking at the Business Center.
