The core responsibilities include:-

-Organizing and forming clusters with farmers’ cooperative, Government organization and other stack holders on (Malt barley, Wheat and Faba bean…) and with other rotational crops.

-Selective training for Women group and Seed producer cooperative on sustainable business management plan and marketing.

-Coordinating all value chain development supported activities seed multiplication, contract farming, Honey value chain and Soil water conservation.

-Leading and coordinating the development of Woreda agricultural action plans and selection of Rotation based on farm demonstration plot

-Liaise with value chain development stake holders of Woredas; particularly Woreda agricultural office, Woreda cooperative promotion Agency, union, seed producer cooperative, Host farmers, cluster leaders, Micro finance organization and input suppliers.

-Coordinating IBM project (Innovation Business model) facility for sustainable food entrepreneurship (founded by Dutch ministry of foreign affairs) and organizing small holder’s farmer`s into strong producer group (PG) that will facilitate access to demand service for their members.
