Wpcil is a middle layer of upstream and downstream applications. Every application sends its own data to the downstream applications. The functionality of Wpcil is sending the upstream data to downstream applications after test the data. For this testing we use Wpcil between the applications and it will take care of understanding coding by fiat and Chrysler applications.
