I have over 25 years of in-depth experience in design and construction and extensive work experience in public works as well as small to mega projects. I’ve been an Owners’ Authorized Representative for public agencies and educational facilities such as College of the Desert, Coachella Unified School District, and Cal Poly San Luis Obispo etc. and have in-depth “on-site” construction management experience managing successful completion of several projects. I have the working knowledge of working with Division of State Architect (DSA), Office of Statewide Health Planning

(OSHPD), General Services Administration (GSA). I have the in-depth knowledge and functionality of schools and college projects. I’ve worked with highly complex and challenging projects and completed them on time. I understand the challenges during construction and occupancy. I have proven expertise in all phases of project management including, planning, bidding, construction and management processes and in-depth knowledge in developing / reviewing RFI / RFC’s, Submittals, Construction Directives, Change Orders, Estimating and Scheduling, Change Order Negotiation, Sub-Contractor coordination, management of contractor and sub- contractor schedules, conducting weekly meetings and processing meeting minutes, preparing reports and managing close out of the projects. I also have experience in scope management, cost / schedule management, quality, procurement, risk, safety, and stakeholder management and experience in design-bid-build, design-build, CM at risk, and Unit Pricing / Job Order Contracting.

The new, two- story classroom building contains 38 classrooms and include a media center / technology hub with two specialty labs. Modernization also includes a new administrative building with a partner center; and a new MPR room with food service and a lunch shelter. Managed the Architects (design) and the general contractors during construction and ensured compliance to the contract document. Managed the construction of multiple military projects worth over $100M. Supervised, maintained and coordinated a variety of activities in support of the Company’s complex commercial construction operations. Provided building remodeling, structural improvements and modifications. Formulated start to finish planning. Planned and administered cost-controlled project construction budgets.
