My resume details past experiences chronologically, however, my myriad of skills applies to each position I have held.

My strong organizational skills have carried through with every position as they apply to time management and accuracy. My managerial skills are all encompassing as they relate to overseeing the daily business operations, which include scheduling, inventory management, problem solving, and hiring staff. I am proficient in Microsoft applications and am certain can learn any software specific to an employers’ need.

I have worked with CEO’s and Senior Management staff in a casino corporation and private business owners as well, managing travel arrangements, budgets and expense reports.

Customer service is paramount in maintaining and building customer relationships through trust and communication. Listening and responding in a timely manner builds that trust and a solid foundation. A positive attitude, tact, and empathy can diffuse most difficult situations.

I understand the importance of developing and cultivating business relationships to build a strong client base. My relationship with the community and local business owners is in good standing as I have been involved in creating and attending community events for company growth.
