● Recruiting and Managing the Dubai office sales team, marketing team, admin and overseeing all projects. Acting as the main point of contact for clients and then assigning tasks amongst the team to execute the project.

● Developing and Overseeing the In House production team, “Custom Creations” globally. Liaising with local sales team members worldwide and creating bespoke concepts for their regional clients - stationed in Dubai, UK, NYC, Vegas and Italy

● Recruiting new acts for the company roster. Overseeing a roster of 16,000 artists. Adding over 4,000 acts and 3,000 individual artists to the database- circus performers, dancers, singers, actors, installation artists, technical suppliers, wardrobe fabricators, etc

● Creating New show concepts for clients- casting, directing and choreographing the show. Budgeting the full cost of all international productions. Overseeing the budget on all IHP bookings- very good at saving and coming in under budget

● Overseeing all performers parkwide.

● As Entertainment Assistant Manager, I oversaw all performers and entertainment parkwide. There were 3 entertainment assistant managers:

“Head of performers” (myself), “Head of wardrobe” and “Head of technicians.” These three positions reported to the Entertainment Operations Manager who reported to the Park Operations director who reported to the CEO

● Providing creative development and execution of all entertainment at IMG Worlds of Adventure- The world's largest indoor theme park located in Dubai, UAE.

● Show director for park wide entertainment- atmosphere, shows and character meet and greets. Bringing your favorite Marvel superheroes, Cartoon Network characters, Lost Valley Dinosaurs and Haunted Hotel zombies to life.

● Working from inception to the audience premiere, I cast and recruit talent, create show concepts, work with audio technicians to develop and mix music, then choreograph and stage all productions.

● Casting director - conducting auditions and recruiting entertainment then working with HR to arrange formal paperwork and offer along with ensuring

● Performance director- overseeing all shows, dances and character meet and greets in the park. Directly overseeing, managing and nurturing performers and artists. Ensuring our shows deliver a high quality standard.

● Development of character profiles - Creating the character profiles and outlines for characters throughout the park; giving them individualized identities which bring them into a real life scenario for our visiting guests coming to meet their favorite characters.
