The College to Career Coach provided access, comprehensive support services and information resources that enable students to engage in a successful academic career path, career development and job search process; prepare students for the workforce academically and through soft-skill/leadership development; assist students in securing suitable employment through a variety of job-readiness activities; foster employer and community relationships and identify opportunities for students to develop professional skills, integrate academic learning from work, and find jobs. College to Career Coach is responsible for managing a student case load of approximately 300 students, including the identification, intake, placement, monitoring, advising, planning, and documentation of each participant.

Selected by Justice P. Scott Neville, Jr., Illinois Supreme Court Justice, to serves as his campaign manager for his 2020 election campaign. The campaign manager is responsible for coordinating and managing staffers and volunteers in a variety of different areas, while coordinating closely with the candidate and outside stakeholders.
Summer Institute for the Gifted (SIG), University of Chicago (EDUCATIONAL CONSULTANT) Director Academic Summer Residential Program (April 2018-August 2018)
The SIG program at the University of Chicago provides an exceptional summer experience for a community of student learners who share a common interest, abilities, and goals. Over 140 US and International Students were involved in academic, cultural, and social programs. The Director is responsible for promoting a safe environment for students to grow intellectually, socially, and emotionally. The Director provides oversight for the entire SIG program. The Director directly supervised The Academic Dean, Residential Life Dean, Student Activities Dean, Office Manager, Administrative Assistant, and the program Nurse. All positions report directly to the Director.

“Each One-Teach One,” is a non-profit student mentoring and retention support program organization.
