Forecasted, planned, executed and tracked the deliveries for over 875 stores. Developed new routes continuously to reduce costs, maximize On Time delivery service to the stores. Cultivated and maintained all Outbound carrier relationships. As many as 25 to 30 carriers. Established strong credibility with these carriers to produce the best service to our stores at the lowest costs possible. Created new 4-Stop routes for the Stores to produce smaller more frequent deliveries to the stores. Increased carrier satisfaction due to static weekly deliveries. Enhanced business and drove sales higher. Generated manual report in excel for weekly/monthly Freight Spend. Approximately $ 400K to $ 500K weekly/$ 20 million annually. Assisted with budget tracking weekly. Managed the Outbound Department, key contact for communication to the stores, ensure customer service standards were maintained/provide immediate problem resolution. Provided customer service to our Pool Point (3PL) locations. Created SOPs for all tasks to support cross training. Reduced payroll labor by 60%. 8 employees down to 3 employees.

Managed and streamlined the “Dispatch Window” functions/tasks to provide better service for Outbound Pick-up Drivers. Ensured legal documents were correctly maintained for both potential claims and government regulations.
