Gather invoices from totes that were returned to the warehouse.
Provide phone calls to different customers and let them know that certain products were returned, and we will be shipping out new products on the next business day.
Process the product but make sure that the product is still in good condition and seal hasn’t been broken off anything and check for expired product and recalls.
Verify and keep records on incoming and outgoing shipments by performing the following duties to quality and productivity standards.
● Verify that the contents are correct and that no items are damaged.
● If shipment is missing or broken, refuse delivery and follow up with the company that sent the merchandise.
● Assembling, addressing, stamping and shipping merchandise or materials.
● Record incoming merchandise and arrange timely transportation of products to leave out or to put in the warehouse.
● Receive freight in off the truck.
● Check the condition of the pallets.
● Remove PO’s off of pallets and receive medicine in according to the PO.
● Gather invoices from totes that was returned back to the warehouse.
● Research the invoice to make sure that the customer was billed or not.
● Take product out of the totes and make sure what is in the tote matches what is on the invoice.
