Project I

Managing the Data Center Equipment Spend Approval and the Project Funding Request Process across Global sites for upcoming Google data center's.

• Preparing ESA Ask and budgets for Physical Equipment, Materials, Transportation, Certification/Testing and Installation service provided by the equipment supplier.

• Processing the Project Funding Request for all Global sites with co-ordination and validating the same with all Global Commodity Managers.

• Forecast, Plan and Prepare the summary Funding Plan from Equipment Supply Plan and O9, MRP and incorporate construction firm demand of all FR Approved projects.

• Prepare a high level four quarter forecasted spend view.

• Actively participated in Supply Chain Planning along with the development and implementation of the O9 tool.

• The O9 tool Implementation helped the planners to analyze the sales pipeline at the part number level and manage the supply chain risks of large deals at the component level.

• Responsible for the testing and the implementation of the new O9 tool with the supply chain planning team.
