Responsibilities:

Administrative clerk

Organizing and maintaining audit report files so that they remain updated and easily accessible.

Record minutes of meetings and transcripts and distribute to team members.

Prepare essential documentation, including agendas, monthly reports, and other forms of communication.

Perform Human Resource duties (Co-ordination of PMDS for the team).

Financial audit: Request the daily reconciliation reports performed on the Natis system and compare them with daily cash-up.

Documents audit: Request documents that are on site and compare them with the transactions concluded on the Natis system.

Set corrective measures to ensure that services are rendered in compliance with the prescribed legislations:
