Currently work for Corning Inc. as the Training & Education Specialist and Data Steward/HR Coordinator at the Integrated Die Manufacturing (IDM) plant within the Corning Environmental Technologies (CET) division. Am responsible for all onboarding/offboarding processing, employee data management, as well as developing, integrating, and benchmarking best training practices. Provide support in aligning plant needs both from a personnel and training perspective that match Operations, Staff, Division and Corporate metrics/goals/objectives for both HR and as a business unit. Also responsible for all management of our training systems, development and implementation of Cross-Training, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Job Aids, and other forms of training materials, as well as other HR systems (as a plant Data Steward).
