hi I’m Matt harder I’m 29 years old I’ve started working at nine years old for my father, he owned a business called harderfirewood I worked for him until I was 17 years old from then on I was a dishwasher in a restaurant, I worked at Walmart in the garden center outside watering plants and I had my own cash register, I also worked for another business we mostly did sawmill work,or tearing down old barns and numbering them pieces by pies, we also would rebuild them with the new owners aspect I’ve also moved back and join my father‘s crew in a different business that he started, JRH construction he mostly dose structural work as in foundation Laying blockBut most importantly,running equipment im a very good operator I pretty much know how to run any piece of equipment are from asv Skid loaders two tractors I’m very good at running equipment honestly I like doing it the most I do have my license I do not have my CDL but, I kind of want to change up in life I would like to work from home in like a remote job something that I’ll be able to spend time with my family when it comes around or when it’s time
