● Managed the coordination and onboarding functions of our full cycle recruitment process; specifically scheduled over 50 daily interview requests through our Goodtime recruitment scheduling tool, drafted /extended over 15 digital, candidate offer letters daily via DocuSign for immediate signatures/next steps, plus initiated (as well as monitored / took forward) over 25 candidate background screening checks daily through our Sterling employment background screening system.

● Investigated/uploaded within Sterling all necessary privileged and confidential candidate supporting documents regarding employment verification checks (500+); followed up on all pending court records for New York State as well as with out of state courts to see through completion and managed up any outstanding background screening records for our employment relations approval

● Onboarded through our Greenhouse (CRM) and People-Soft (ATS) over 30 weekly new hires across multiple departments including tech, marketing, operations, engineering, customer service, to people - within multiple business areas such as; information technology, operations, customer care, writers, brand, logistics, growth marketing, date engineering and supply management; manage to completion our new hire’s software request/delivery in Jira, in addition, was also the liaison between our IT department, hiring managers, HR generalist, and recruitment lead - for all weekly new hire communications/status reporting

● Led the training of five HR Coordinators through weekly Zoom process coaching sessions; created (and maintained) for the team, our scheduling/offer/on boarding templates through Google Drive and DocuSign (eSig nature) for ongoing process improvement/reinforcement/governance

Bank Leumi, USA / New York, NY - June 2019 to March 2020 Recruiting Coordinator, Talent Acquisition & Learning, Human Resources In support of our high-volume daily recruitment activities for the Head of Talent Acquisition & Learning, Vice President plus three Senior Recruiters within Human Resources – providing support to our two HR Business Partners, HR Analyst, Benefits, and Payroll team members as well as maintaining a high level of communications with all levels of our Human Resources and Technology group to ensure efficient, problem-solving resolutions, including:

● Maintained our TA inbox requests daily; relayed messages to appropriate business areas; also, managed daily, the maintenance of our ADP systems by entering exempt and non- exempt employees, terminations, temporary, intern staff, benefit enrollment, timekeeping, and update employee information.
