Manage, train, and develop a team consisting of 4 Estimators & 7 Renovation Managers in the Columbia, Greenville, Rock Hill, Anderson SC markets and the Augusta GA market. Deliver a monthly quota of renovated homes completed to rent ready status. Recruit, and qualify subcontractors, train them to be able to renovate homes to the company standards to be rent ready. Coordinate with all departments within the company to be able to deliver a quota of rent ready homes on a monthly basis. Spartanburg Regional Medical Center

Assist with supervision of new construction projects, remodeling projects, and general maintenance. Responsible for the safe transportation of children to and from school, field trips and extra-curricular events throughout the Greenville County School District. Ensure vehicle is inspected on a daily basis and meets the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration guidelines.
