Opening new accounts and loans- Accurately opening new accounts to ensure no re-work (i.e. exceptions) by making sure I have all necessary documentation at the time of opening, and if not save it for later. Doing loans, and keeping in contact with the client and processor to ensure we have all documentation need (insurance).

As a Personal Banker I worked referrals from the tellers as well as other employees, opened new accounts, sought new businesses and did lending. While in the office with clients, I would engage in a conversation to get a financial picture to ensure we are meeting all their financial needs. These conversations often resulted in new accounts, lending, and referrals. I also often assisted the Service Manager (teller manager) with his/her duties from shipment to counting the teller drawers when needed.
