This started as a two week assignment and I was doing so great that I was asked to stay as long as they needed me which ended up being 4 months. I worked for the owner, Steven G. Teraoka (founder and CEO). I also E-file (State) for a litigation contract attorney that handle Steve's litigation cases. I set up files for Steve and reorganized his office, made phone calls for him when necessary also filed in State (One Legal) and Federal Courts and kept the calendaring for the contract attorney via Outlook. Made sure the contract attorney knew his schedule and where he was supposed to be and what court; Steve ask me to go over his schedule with him every day. The office Manger, Janet, ask me to find a new soft ware for calendaring for the firm. I went on the internet and started a search for software for calendaring. I presented her with five choices starting with the lowest monthly payments. I presented it to her in a presentation format. I also worked as the back for the Receptionist.
