Programs include: An Adult Day Services Program (Medical & Social models); a Certified Home Health
Agency; a Licensed Home Care Services Agency; The Pines Independent Senior Living Residence; Bethel
Springvale Inn Assisted Senior Living Residence; The Knolls Continuing Care Retirement Community;
