Implementing a systems-based approach to safety management through:
(i) Developing Safety Performance Indicators for each SBU, department and or process and aligning these indicators to Organizational Quality Management Principles. Developing, reviewing and monitoring SHE objectives and targets and Liaising with managers to adapt protocols and procedures.
(ii) Guiding and implementing synergy in transforming safety programs into operational safety management systems based on Quality Management.
(iii) Establishment and assessment of benchmark attainments and challenges.

Coaching, training and mentoring Safety Officers on safety best practice Management of KPIs over different sites/places and ensuring timely delivering thereof throughout the group.
Manage hazard assessment activities by conducting and/or supervising safety inspections
Prepare and submit permit applications for on-going and project safety operations
Codes of Practice review and management as per legislative and mine standard requirements.
Observe and practice all governmental safety regulations, project requirements and company safety policies
