• Responsible for the management and leadership of the Operations team which provides continuous availability of facilities, building operations, and laboratory support to sustain the scientific vision and operations of Regenxbio.

• Assist in identifying long term solution to consolidate all current and future company assets on a single campus.

• Manage a budget exceeding $9M including maintenance and contracts in excess of $500,000.
