TSE is currently developing a fixed wing UAV called CLU (Canister Launched UAV) to support the Department of the Navy’s Growler program office for Tier II UAV support.

CLU is a UAV that fits into a canister so it can reside in the wing of an F-18 Growler. TSE teamed with Northrup Grumman and Raytheon to develop the CLU and Watchman drones. Watchman is a duct fan tether drone with LTE capabilities

I was capture manager for this project to Northrup Grumman and Raytheon with their sensors, the Office of Naval Research (ONR) for funding our development and NAVAIR PMA-265 our customer

Accomplishments:

Established a 3.5 million dollar pipeline for Watchman sales and to both NAVAIR and NAVSEA. Developing a commercial pipeline for Watchman in areas of search and rescue, Hazmat, and Energy inspections. Worked with the Small Business Innovative Research (SBIR) government personnel to fund these efforts.

ICE Communications, Inc. Herndon, Virginia Department of Defense Account Manager, 2005 – 2008

ICE Communications is involved in Unmanned Aerial Vehicles (UAV) services to DOD and Department of Homeland Security (DHS). Responsibilities include the company’s Federal Sales and Business Development divisions. Facilitate the response for Small Business Innovate Research programs (SBIRs) for game simulation to OSD and Navy. Primary markets were DHS, FBI, Navy, and Marine Corps.

Accomplishments:

Won FBI ITOC contract for services work valued at $175 million over 5 years for IT and IM. Develop a pipeline of $10.5 million in new IT service opportunities to US Navy, FBI, DHS, and USMC.

Ai Metrix

Navy and USMC Account Manager, 2005 – 2006

Ai Metrix, Inc. provides network management solutions to enterprises, the military, government agencies, and service providers. Its flagship product, NeuralStar, is a network management platform that provides real-time network monitoring and analysis of performance metrics, as well as captures, correlates, and stores performance and alarm events for various network devices. I was responsible in selling NeuralStar to the US Naval Fleet.

Accomplishments:

Establish a pipeline of 750K worth of NeuralStar to the US Navy.

Secure Info Corporation, San Antonio, Texas Department of Defense Account Manager – 2003-2005

Secure Info is a software manufacturer for Certification and Accreditation (C&A) and Enterprise Vulnerability Remediation (EVR). My responsibilities included meeting senior level DOD managers to promote our software capabilities. The territory covered are the United States Marine Corp, US NAVY, NGA (formerly NIMA), DISA, and DLA.

Accomplishments:

Awarded the initial contract for $200,000 of C&A software to EDS/NMCI for the Navy's certification and accreditation process, which was instrumental in the development of a revenue pipeline of $5.8 million.

AAC Associates, Tyson’s Corner VA

Business Development Manager, 2002 – 2003

AAC has an Information Assurance Practice that provides security solution services to the Federal Government. The IA Practice was not in existence upon my arrival. My work consisted of arranging meetings with upper management at DISA, NIMA, TSA, Treasury, and Army Corp of Engineers. We currently were preparing proposals into all agencies mentioned above. Currently have front-line contact with key players in all agencies mentioned above.

Accomplishments:

Develop 1.8 M for Enterprise Firewall deployment to DISA.

Network Associates, Advanced Networking Team, Santa Clara, California Senior Federal Account Manager, 2000– 2002

Network Associates separated its product lines into business units. My responsibility with the Sniffer business unit was to focus my attention on the Department of Treasury, DISA, and EPA. Sniffer sells protocol analyzers from a portable (re-active analysis) to distributed sniffers (pro-active analysis) for network management and availability. Work consisted of meeting the NOC (network operation center) and shows them our portable and distributed models. The value of the Sniffer products is their ability to analyze and trouble-shoot up and down all the layers of the OSI model. Have access to over 600 network operation centers worldwide.

Four different product lines called NetTools; MacAfee (Antivirus), Sniffer (Protocol Analyzers), PGP (Network security products) and Magic (Helpdesk). Was trained extensively on PGP (Gauntlet firewalls and Cybercop Intrusion detection System) and Sniffer (Portable and Distributed protocol analyzers) product lines. Focused most of my attention selling the PGP and Sniffer product lines.

Accomplishments:

Awarded over $1.8 million dollars in both Portable and Distributed Sniffers to DISA and Treasury

I was also awards over $1.1 million dollars in NetTools to Departments of Labor, Education and Housing and Urban Development.

IBIS Corporation is a large-scale computer systems integrator with an emphasis in the RISC 6000 workstation.
