Extensive knowledge of Dell, Lenovo, and SuperMicro hardware allowed me to expand our use of existing RMA inventory across different platforms saving money and cutting down part redundancy.

Built, tested and deployed physical and virtual desktop systems for Pivot3 RMA.

This allowed Pivot3 to provide a better customer experience by faster turnaround, minimizing data loss or catastrophic array failure, less phone time, more up time.

Repaired Pivot3 corporate laptops and desktops that while still in warranty, only having “parts only” service. Worked with Johnson Controls on their surveillance equipment in all US based FedEx ground locations. Refurbishing and updating their equipment, upgrading their Windows O/S and their surveillance software minimizes downtime by having a ready supply of their turnkey servers ready to go.

Sometimes with less than 24 hours turn around.
