Responsible for the operation of blending that consists of reading ticket orders and locating specific spices to within the recipe and gathering the products to bring to the blender to fulfill the order. Milling operations consists of gathering raw shipped materials and setting up mill to grind to the correct consistency to be then sent to the milling process. Material handling is also part of a monthly rotation in which products are logged in to the computer and putting away with forklift. Prebatch operation consists of putting together materials and accurately weighing each spice to then be sent to blending to fill the orders needed to complete each recipe. Mechanical skills of tearing down equipment and washing and putting back together to assure proper compliance of regulations.
