Coordinated the flow of maintenance for 14 UH-60M Phase Maintenance Inspections, 4 CH-47F MSG Inspections, and 16 UH/HH-60M 48-month inspections ensuring safe shop and hangar bay work practices.
Directly responsible for the safety and welfare of the 84 personnel assigned. These personnel consist of; three, 8-man maintenance teams and an Aviation Ground Support Equipment Team, consisting of 6 men assembled to complete the scheduled inspection. Blade Shop technician, Aviation Painter, Aviation Structural Welder, and the associated support personnel. Ensured the team leads had clear and precise guidance on the maintenance to be performed by continuously monitoring their progress.
Assists the Production Clerk and Production Manager in assigning work, hours, and personnel as required, to more than 4800 work orders.
Worked closely with the Technical Inspectors’ on site to alleviate any issues addressed with Aviation Maintenance Action Messages (AMAM), Aviation Safety Action Messages’(ASAM), Aviation Safety of Flights (SOF), and Air Worthiness Releases (AWR).
Scheduled, received, inducted and ensured a timely RESET on more than 50 ground support pieces that were conducted on site.
