International Paper Senior Mechanical Reliability Engineer in Fibers Area Jan.1,2019 - Present

Lead RCFA process for all significant reliability failures in the Fibers Area. Utilized the PROACT Logic Tree to identify Physical, Human, and Latent Root Causes. Developed and tracked implementation of corrective actions.

Mechanical Precision Maintenance Element Champion – Responsible for maintaining and updating reliability systems for precision installation of rotating equipment. Audited completed documentation for accuracy and compliance with MPM best practices and polices. Ensured proper retention and storage of all submitted documentation for historical reference.

Managed imitative of BOM Mill wide. Worked with area Planners and REs to ensure BOM were organized, accurate and complete.
