convert almost every high-ticket sale

into an affordable payment solution.

I started in sales and then was made the

Customer Support Manager, I handled

inbound and outbound calls to assist

applicants with their application process

with the lender they had selected and

assisted the merchants with how the

program/lending process works. Managed

responding to text to and from the

applicants and responded to any emails

from the applicants/merchants.
