Inventory and create an order list. Calculate and pull ingredients for 2000 people. Prepare meals in a timely manner, with safety and minimal waste in mind. Bake breads, cinnamon rolls, cookies, cakes. I am proficient in kneading and rolling cinnamon rolls, making cupcakes, cobblers, cakes, and usage of the equipment necessary to complete the final baking process.
